Owners Dave and Mike met as teenagers where they both worked at a deli in their hometown of Edison, New Jersey.

Having worked together for several years, they became good friends and decided to venture out on their own.    In 1997 they did just that and opened Just Subs in Hillsborough.

In the years that followed, their goal to provide high quality subs and fast service has proved successful as Just Subs has grown to six locations throughout central New Jersey.

Just Subs strives to maintain a high quality submarine by using fresh ingredients in every sandwich.    Every sub is sliced to order using Dietz and Watson meats and cheeses and prepared right in front of you.
